8:15am — Yoga Warm Up
9:00am — Run begins — all paces and distances
9:45am — Cool Down and Stretch
10:00am — Go for coffee or??? (We’ll play it by ear)
Feel free to come for the whole thing, or just part….although we don’t recommend running without at least doing the post-stretch.
As far as pacing goes, we’ll all start out with a walk to warm up, then everyone runs at an easy to moderate pace for them. The faster people in the group will occasionally circle back to meet the end of the pack, so they’ll end up running more total distance, too. So overall, the group stays mostly together and finishes together. If there are those who want to keep going, they can go on on their own, but we’ll keep all of the runs at about 35-45 minutes.
